IN WATER TREATMENTS

On-site, we focus our time on welcoming our guests, this is why we don’t take bookings over the phone. Instead, we invite you to do so through our website and if you have any questions, please contact us by email and we will be happy to help you out as soon as possible.

Swimsuits are mandatory. You can also join us in our effort to be more eco-friendly by coming with your own towel that you will reuse before washing it. It is better for the environment and we will thank you with a little gift!

For floating, we advise you to avoid shaving or waxing the same day or the day before. If you have any small wound, scratch, or cut, we have special band-aids available. Regarding all relaxing treatments, we advise you to not drink coffee the same day to avoid the caffeine interfering with your relaxation. In the same way we advise you against a heavy meal right before your treatment.

Yes, one or two pieces, trunks or swim shorts. You decide!

To give a moment of pure relaxation to someone we cherish is a true sign of love and care. We have gift sets available to mail or to be picked up and digital gift certificates to download. We can also welcome your loved one with flowers and a special message on the day of his or her treatment. All the arrangements are possible, do not hesitate to ask us by e-mail.

No, it is impossible! It may happen that you fall asleep. But it doesn’t matter since you are floating anyway. Water is carrying you entirely without compression so no part of your body feels compressed. Your blood stays fluid and so, you don’t have the unconscious reflexes to move as you would do otherwise in a bed.

We follow the highest standards of hygiene imposed by the Agence Régionale de Santé de Paris. Our pools and baths are tested twice daily and controlled by an indépendant company.

Yes, we have a bath specially dedicated to floating together with someone.

Of course, we have designed different protocols, especially around pregnancy. However, we recommend checking ahead with your physician and we advise avoiding treatments during the first three months.

Yes, it is like going swimming. Please take your own precautions (wearing a menstrual cup or a tampon is mandatory). But all of our treatments are totally possible during your time of the month. It is indeed a really good way to ease the pain due to menstruating.

Yes, you can cancel any booking up to 24 hours before the appointment and receive a full refund. Past this delay, we will not be able to reimburse you.

Our body massages are oil-based. But we can arrange our face, feet, and hands massages in order for you to stay fully clothed.
