All our treatments are rescheduled (non-cancellable and non-refundable) free of charge up to 72 hours before your appointment. After this period, your gift voucher or the payment for the treatment will be due regardless of the reason.

We are open 7 days a week! From 11 am to 9 pm during the week and from 10 am to 8 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

During the week our latest slot is 7:45pm, while on the weekend it is 6:45pm.

We ask you to arrive 15 minutes early. Take advantage of this moment to change and shower quietly and prepare yourself to fully enjoy your treatment experience in a calm and serene atmosphere.

Although we do not offer catering services, we would be happy to offer you a selection of drinks such as juices, teas, herbal teas, and more, if you wish. They are of course included in your reservation, at no additional cost.

For all duos! Whether between mother and daughter, between girlfriends, as a couple. Our duo experiences are open to anyone who wants to share a moment of relaxation and well-being together. You can specify it to us when you make your reservation.

We offer packages of 5 sessions, with a reduction of 10 euros on each treatment, as well as packages of 10 sessions, with a reduction of 20 euros on each treatment. Please note that Miracle Touch and 30-minute and 90-minute treatments are not included in these packages.

Yes, we offer the possibility of privatizing our spa for special events. From 10 people, you can book a privatization of the spa for 2 hours for example. To discuss availability and details, please contact us by phone. We are here to answer all your questions and plan your tailor-made event!

We strongly recommend that you avoid heavy meals prior to your treatment. In addition, we recommend that you do not consume coffee on the same day. For the privatization of the saltwater pool, it is preferable to avoid shaving or waxing the days before your treatment in order to avoid micro-cuts.

For security reasons, access to care facilities and pools is reserved for adults. Unfortunately, even accompanied, minors cannot benefit from these facilities.

A floating bath is a private bath heated to 35 degrees in which you float alone, or in pairs and without a practitioner. The floating massage is done in a larger private pool, with the practitioner who performs the massage.

However, we ask you to arrive 15 minutes before the start of your treatments in order to be able to start your experience at the time indicated when you booked.

Giving a moment of relaxation to someone you cherish is a true proof of love. We provide you with digital gift cards or pouches to be collected on site. We can also welcome your guest with a message on the day of arrival, all attentions are possible, do not hesitate to contact us.

Of course, we highly recommend it!
